As part of your ACT Veterans Hockey membership, there is some sporting accident cover relating to on field injury with SportsCover. This being so, it is ESSENTIAL that you complete and lodge the clubs ‘Membership application’ BEFORE playing Vets Hockey.
Should you be injured it is essential that the circumstances that led to the injury be immediately recorded, including date, time and place. It is also necessary that a witness statement be provided.
