Player Costs for the Gold Coast
By submitting a nomination, you agree to pay all fees, levies and charges in a timely manner and by all specified due dates. To assist members in the current economic climate the Association will issue invoices for the Team Player Levy to successful nominees in TWO instalments, the first on or around 2 May and the second on or around 4 Jul. The Levy must be paid in full by 15 Aug 2026. Levies not paid by this time may result in the withdrawal of non-payees. The Team Player Levy for 2026 will be advised shortly, once HA confirms all team entry details. All nominees are advised that Player Levies are expected to a modest increase on previous years to account for increasing costs. The levy covers the team’s HA entry fee; Medical Support Staff including their travel, accommodation, and materials; support staff; trophies and gifts for opposition teams, best and fairest trophies for ACT Teams; and hospitality drinks.
Accommodation and transport to and from the Gold Coast is the responsibility of each player and team official.
